Bookings
We are a walk-in business. However, for wedding dresses and special events, there is also a possibility for private bookings. You can call in or Message Us.
Turn-around
Depending on business seasons, the shop is able to provide alterations with a quick turnaround yet never sparing on quality. With urgent alterations, we can return items as quickly as 24 hours, depending on the complexity and size of the job.
Uncollected Items
You should also be aware that any uncollected items left for over 6 weeks will be donated to charity. Therefore, always do your best to collect your item on the pre-decided date. If you have any enquiries or questions, we would love to hear from you...
